Pitched and produced "Strength Training: Get Stronger to Live Longer," the podcast's top-performing episode on Spotify in 2025. The episode performed 90% above the show average and brought more than 10% of new Spotify listeners to the show.

The 7 is The Washington Post's daily morning news podcast. As a co-founding producer, I helped shape the show's sound, editorial workflow, production process, and daily execution from launch in 2022 through Feb 2026.
My work included scripting, tape selection, audio editing, scoring, fact-checking, host coaching, recording support, quality control, publishing, and distribution. I also managed same-day production workflows as the show's sole early-morning producer, helping ensure consistent 7 a.m. ET publication across podcast platforms.
The show surpassed 21 million downloads since launch and reached more than 7 million downloads in 2025.
